Every effort is made by the Company to ensure that its products are accurately described, to the best of our knowledge.   Sizes are approxitmate, to aid general description, but the Company give no warrenty to this effect and accepts no responsbility for loss or damage arising any errors of incorrect description within the web site. Part numbers given, are on parts or boxes to which we believe to be correct, but can only be taken for information, no part number can be guaranteed. 

All goods that are Military surplus are sold as so and cannot sold as new (although they boxed and unfitted) and as so can not have any contractability or certification from the manufactor.

Most of  our products will be 'New Old Stock' unless otherwise stated. If they are not military surplus and describe as  'New old Stock' it must be realised that these were items manufactured  many years ago and have been in store since that  time hence they maybe tarnished or dirty.

Delivery dates

Whilst the company will do it utmost to keep its promised dates, they are to be treated as estimates only.  The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from delay in delivery of goods.

Returned goods

The postage and packing etc on goods returned will not be refunded.  

Prices

All prices listed are  exclusive of VAT,  packing and delivery; unless otherwise stated. Postage and Delivery prices quoted are for UK only standard areas & rates.

Damage of goods in Transit

The goods shall remain the property of LMS (Lichfield) Ltd untill payment is recieved, and the Company shall have the right at the time prior to recieving payment in full to enter on to the purchase's premises to repossess the goods.

Exclusion of Liability

These conditions are in substitution for and exclude all and any express and implied statutory or warrenties, guarantees, representations, conditions and liabilities
